Roles and Responsibilities
Minimum of 2 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a technical developer role
S/he must have been a part of at least 2 end-to-end HCM implementations of involving exposure to HDL uploads and HCM REST API across various HR modules ranging from Core, Talent Management, Recruting Cloud
Must have worked on OTBI, BI Publisher Reports development.
Must have a strong track record of designing and developing reports and should have performed end to end data migration activities for implementation projects
Exposure to customization of the delivered reports and notifications like Performance Document, Performance Notification, etc.
Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
